Shipping policy

Order Processing

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 3 –7 business days depending on your location. We utilize standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure safe delivery. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International and Shipping restrictions

At this time we do not offer international shipping or delivery to APO/FPO addresses. 

In-Store Pickup

We offer free local pickup on select items at the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours during business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when picking up your items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a claim.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages confirmed as delivered. If a package is believed to be lost, customers may file a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist with this process, and any resolution will be based on the carrier’s claim determination.
