Refund policy


30-Day Return and Exchange Process:
We offer a refund or exchange on purchases within 30 days of delivery. Items must remain uninstalled, unopened, and unused, in their original packaging.  To initiate a return, contact jcho@lhm.com with order number or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is defective, received the wrong item, or due to an error on our part. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email if the item is accepted or not eligible for refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method with less non-refundable shipping charges. Any and all international fees/duties are the customers responsibility and not eligible for refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by financial institutions. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at jcho@lhm.com.

Exchanges
Customers looking to exchange items or size must contact us by email to indicate what item or size is requested to be exchanged (of equal value). Exchanges greater than original purchase are encouraged to send items back for a refund and place a new order. In-store credit is not offered at this time. Customer is responsible for return shipping and any difference in increased shipping costs if applicable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
● Final Sale items
● Limited-edition runs
● Admissions
● Donations

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages confirmed as delivered. If a package is believed to be lost, customers may file a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist with this process, and any resolution will be based on the carrier’s claim determination.
